Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to know that our salvation has nothing to do with us. Being a Christian is about falling down, and getting back up, constantly, and simply believing that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Help us to have confidence in our salvation, helping others to also have confidence in theirs, looking forward to Christ’s return, hopefully very soon… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to seek the peace that only God offers. We are constantly seeking worldly peace, albeit our bank accounts, insurance policies or retirement plans, but only God offers trustworthy peace. Help us to always seek the peace from God first, knowing that all of the worldly security we seek will be provided by God, he cares for us… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to hand our annoyances to you. We all get annoyed, whether at specific people or situations, or by our own moods that cause us to feel annoyed by anything and anyone. Help us to hand our annoyances to you, not act upon or have our words turn harsh, but to focus on you in love and gratefulness… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to work on our spiritual hygiene. We wash and cleanse our bodies, but how often do we wash and cleanse our souls? Help us to work on our spiritual health, to judge less and discern more, to turn-off the media and turn-on our biblical truth, and to always seek opportunities for healthy fellowship, leading to sweet fruit… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to let things soak in. When we are afforded the opportunity to have deeply meaningful discussions with non-believers, it is important to give time an opportunity to work in their minds. Help us to be patient, always having our eyes on the long game, letting them process what we’ve shared, and looking forward to the next encounter… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to surrender to God’s will. There are many who are lost seeking happiness in this world, succumbing to traps in society, chasing false happiness. Help us to know that God loves us way too much to leave us the way we are, and everlasting happiness can only be found by surrendering to God’s will in our lives… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time for God to hear our prayers. God’s answer to prayers is nestled in God’s perfect timing, and God’s answers to our prayers are always according to his will. Help us to stay attuned to God’s will in our lives, avoiding situations or lifestyles inconsistent and unwholesome, and never ceasing to ask, because we can’t receive without asking… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to remember that Satan is not in hell. So often, cartoons and Hollywood depict Satan as a red devil with a pitchfork, ruling in hell, but that is a great deception. Help us to know that Satan is currently ruling in the world, and he and his minions are hard at work, help us to see truth… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to appreciate the opportunities for uneven relationships. If we are truly serving God in our human relationships, we are likely investing more time and thought in others than we may be receiving back. Help us to value the opportunities to invest in others, knowing that our relationships balance with you, and our treasures are awaiting in heaven… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to wait patiently for the next season. When God is preparing us for our next useful season, he often gives us a nice little break, but the world does not value such time. Help us to ignore the values of the corrupt world, to see our downtime as a gift from God, patiently awaiting his perfect timing… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to focus on the end, not the means. We are designed as a work in continuous improvement, and our time here has purpose in the maturation of our souls. Help us to focus on where we need to be, and not to obsess on how we’re going to get there, always with our hearts open to you… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to be excited about what we can’t see yet. There is a quiet anticipation in the air, as truths are exposing frauds, and politicians, in their monkey suits, scramble to set snares. Help us to know that you are moving amongst us, and to have quiet excitement of what’s coming, knowing you have us covered… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to be a good host. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we also accept the Holy Spirit within ourselves; being led and protected on our earthly journeys. Help us to be good hosts, not exposing the Holy Spirit to visions, sounds or situations that we are to avoid, never causing God to look away… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to seek safety advise from you. As this world is turning more violent, and protections from predators becomes more relevant than ever, we need prudent advice regarding security for ourselves and family. Help us to seek advice from you first, knowing that your cloak of protection far exceeds anything else we can obtain from any other source… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to contact an old friend. It has never been easier to stay in touch, yet there are so many people in our lives that we’ve lost contact with, but still have an opportunity to rekindle friendships. Help us desire to contact old friends, keeping past differences in the past, and seeking renewed fellowships for our common futures… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to endure a little pain for good. God is more interested in our character than our comfort, and more interested in making us valuable to others than ourselves. Help us know that pain is part of the path that takes us directly into the will of God, motivating us in useful ways for God’s purpose in us… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to trust in God’s prophetic promises. One does not need to look too deeply in today’s global atmosphere to recognize that tyranny is spreading quickly. Help us to see the patterns developing, and to help others see as well, trusting with confidence God’s promises, and knowing that God’s actions are certain, but rarely happen as we imagined… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to focus on intersections of agreement. Amongst the spectrum of human relationships we have in this world, we experience far more areas of agreement, than disagreement with others. Help us to focus on finding our intersections of agreement, then working in truth to span the gaps of disagreement, always focused on the trinitarian existence of God … In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to seek truth within proper context. In the corrupt world we temporarily reside, what’s legal and acceptable can be unjust and wrong, and what’s illegal and scorned can be correct and pure. Help us, through prayer, to seek truth and justice from God as we maneuver the corrupt paths we’re forced to endure in this fallen world… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to find peace in God’s ecosystem. One size does not fit all, and God has a plan for each of our unique situations, designed to achieve peace in our souls. Help us to be who we are uniquely, and to turn to God for his customized solutions to our human situations, He’s got a plan for us… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to give space to those we enjoy fellowship with. Just like a child that’s excited in anticipation for the amusement park, we too are excited in our fellowships, sharing our love of God. Help us to give proper space to those we share fellowship, to understand they too have worldly burdens, and to help where we can… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time for patience regarding seeds planted long-ago, sprouting. As we walk our Christian paths, we plant seeds along the way, hoping to see them sprout. Help us to remember that some seeds need several seasons, (or even years) to sprout, and for us to be open and ready to re-engage those who contact us from seasons long past… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to move at the pace of others. Like a mother who is feeding her infant, the mother adapts to the child’s pace and needs, instead of the infant adapting to the mother. Help us to adapt to the pace of those we witness to, adjusting our calendars easily, always yielding to their availability without complaint, maintaining access… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to feed our gravitational pull. We all have the potential to create our own form of gravity with regard to others in our lives, working on relationships that attract, instead of pushing away. Help us to build relationships with others in ways that bond, that keep us in each other’s orbit, always available, always a safe harbor… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to recognize the difference between reality and potential. We are all maturing on separate and unequal paths, all of us having unique relationships with God. Help us, in our human relationships, attach ourselves to others within compatibilities that are based on today’s maturity, not tomorrow’s potential, because future capabilities are not guaranteed, they’re earned in due time… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to allow Jesus into our homes. Most of us tend to keep to our own, to protect our homes as somewhat private, and venturing out to meet others. Help us to freely desire to invite people in, because there are many sent by God who can help bless our homes, bringing-in fresh perspectives, helping our hearts soften… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to be genuine in who we are. The earlier we know ourselves the better, and knowing ourselves comes from wisdom, and the only source of infinite wisdom is God. Help us to seek wisdom in our daily lives, to be who we are each day, always striving and asking for more wisdom, thus growing to genuine maturity… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to pay close attention to our yokes. Attaching ourselves to God is always a good decision, and should always be our primary yoke. Help us to be extremely mindful of our secondary and tertiary yokes, making sure that they are somewhat equal and not burdensome, with an eye toward plowing straight lines, supporting seeds in our lives… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to pray and wait with confidence. Our prayers are heard, every single one, but they are answered according to God’s timeline, not ours. Help us to understand that God’s timeline is better than ours, because our timeline only concerns the relief of our current pain, but God’s timeline attacks the root cause, thus preventing the pain’s potential… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to know that no family escapes dysfunction. Although some families are better than others in sweeping their dysfunction under the carpet, every family is dysfunctional. Help us own our dysfunctions, and to use communication to patch the past, using communication to move forward in healthy bonds, striving to end cycles of distrust and deceit in doing so… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to listen to that little inner-voice. We all have moments when our mind’s voice reminds us of people we are tardy reconnecting with; people we intend to contact, but never seem to get around to. Help us to listen to that little voice, and to put our other priorities aside, and to reconnect and converse in you… In Jesus’ name…
