Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to remember that God’s light cannot be overcome with darkness. As this world slips into greater darkness each day, as the world’s leaders and elites attempt to overcome death, please help us remember that darkness can’t overcome God’s light, and only Jesus can overcome death, and anyone not aligned with the light of Jesus will surely die… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to seek shelter from God’s judgement. If our eyes and ears are open to the truth, we can easily see God’s judgement falling increasingly on this world, building momentum daily. Help us to take comfort in our relationship with you, and help us to help others find you; you are the only shelter in this supernatural typhoon… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to allow conversations to spark thoughts in others. When establishing and maintaining relationships with non-believers, it is helpful to resist the urge to share everything, because for most, establishing faith is a process, and we’re just one ingredient. Help us to be productive for you in helping non-believers establish a relationship with you, using our words strategically… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to stop expecting justice to prevail in this world. Just as Jesus warned us of the signs of the times, we are fortunate to be witnessing exactly what he warned us about. Help us to know that God’s justice will ultimately prevail, and help us not get too frustrated that the world’s justice systems are failing terribly… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to find comfort in simple truth. No matter how complex a situation or subject matter may be, a true expert should be able to break it down in simply understood explanations. Help us to avoid those in this world who overly complicate, and help us to see truth and motives, because the devil is in the details… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to sacrifice our schedules for others. It is easy to get stuck in our own priorities, to put our schedules and calendars ahead of the needs of others. Help us to put the needs of others ahead of our own, demonstrating flexibility and agility, and not making others feel they’re a burden at all, always glorifying you… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to let impressions soak for a while. When we are given opportunities to work with people that are a little less collaborative than we’d like, it often helps to give them time to ponder, before our next attempts to accomplish good works. Help us to remain patient, knowing you’re working on them too, softening hearts, opening eyes… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to avoid the venomous snakes. Most snakes are harmless, and provide benefit to our surroundings, but some snakes are venomous, and can take our lives with a single bite. Help us to avoid the venomous snakes in our proximity, realizing that we can’t eradicate them, but we can avoid them by avoiding where they tend to congregate… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to work on our ministries. As believers and followers of Christ, we should all be engaged in some form of ministry. Help us to clearly see our purpose in our ministries, and to be appropriately brave in engaging those we encounter, sharing our views, building trust, and ultimately, working toward building fellowships that are centered on Jesus… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to pay attention to correlations. Although there is a difference between correlation and causation, understanding how things move together gives us clues into solving important problems. Help us to have a keen eye regarding how seemingly unrelated things move in tandem, because Satan is the great deceiver, and he is as busy as ever at this moment… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to have something to show for our labor. We are surrounded by opportunities to exercise our bodies and minds, to labor in ways that keep us strong. Help us to utilize what’s naturally around us, not to seek vain glory, maybe just mowing the lawn and talking with a neighbor, working our bodies and working potential fellowships… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to focus on eternity. It is easy to focus on what’s immediately before us, on politics, social media or the decay of our culture, but God want us focused on helping others find God. Help us to ignore the distractions of the world, and to focus on those in the world who have not yet met Jesus… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to remember that we’re all flawed, without exception. As fellow believers, active in our fellowships, it is important for us to remember that we’re all flawed, and susceptible to hurting others, whether intended or not. Help us to be quick to own our transgressions, and quick to forgive others, always seeking to repent before God, always loving… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to be merciful toward others. We are the recipients of enormous amounts of mercy from God, and in return, God expects us to be merciful toward others. Help us to be cognizant of the mercy we receive from you, enabling us to abundantly dispense mercy to others, removing the calluses from our hearts, leaving judgement to you… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to help save lives. For those of us that live in your truth, we have an important task to do, each day, helping those that are lost find truth. Help us to recognize opportunities with non-believers to plant seeds of truth, knowing our task is to plant, giving you the opportunity to sprout the seeds of salvation… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to observe you answering our prayers. Our prayers are quick, and usually request your intervention into our lives in meaningful ways, however, your answers to our prayers are subtle, and often occur over the course of time. Help us to be keen in observing your work in the answering of our prayers, and thank you dear Lord… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to say something when we see something. Not inserting ourselves into situations can certainly be a safe path for ourselves, but taking measured risks for the sake of others can yield great results. Help us to be prudent, but also open to inserting ourselves into situations that offer opportunities for a greater good, accepting a little risk… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to stretch our muscles and hang-out with you. You have provided to us the sabbath, even though the world prefers anxiety without breaks. Help us to take full advantage of what you’ve provided, to enjoy the abundance in our lives, and to simply hang-out with you, enjoying the lives you’ve blessed, and allowing our bodies to recharge… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to know when to walk away. There are times when fellowship can fail; the rare occasion when our spiritual compatibility with another has shifted beyond the ability to glorify God. Help us to walk away from situations where sharing the word of God is counterproductive, knowing that you will continue to pursue, freeing us to help elsewhere… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to be open to those God sends towards us. If we’re too busy with the tasks we’ve taken on and assigned to ourselves, then we’re likely missing opportunities to serve God. Help us to pace ourselves in such a way that we’re available to notice those around us, and to serve them in ways pleasing to God… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to understand that inaction can be action. When we’ve been proactive on behalf of others, calmly speaking truth and refocusing the conversation, it is sometimes helpful to step into the background and passively observe. Help us to take confidence that the words we share with others, inspired by prayer and the Holy Spirit, are moving in others… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to stay organized in our endeavors. There’s a fine line between organization and compulsion, but staying organized in our endeavors is beneficial to completing our tasks and glorifying God. Help us to stay appropriately organized, avoiding the path into compulsion, always remaining flexible with our time and calendars, always open to suggestions from others, and always available… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to help create clarity. If we are sound in our faith, and if we seek God’s wisdom and knowledge daily, we will be empowered to present ourselves to others with clarity. Help us to always seek your wisdom, to listen more than we talk, and when we speak, to create clarity with our words, bringing genuine comfort… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday and more time to recognize and avoid cults. There are so many organizations that attempt to counterfeit our Lord Jesus, but there is only one true God, and we are to expose the truth when confronted with the counterfeits. Help us to expose the truth to those indoctrinated in false churches, helping them find their way as lovingly as possible… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Saturday and more time to celebrate life. In these dark times, when we receive a victory for good, there is nothing wrong with celebrating, and thanking God. Help us to understand that you are hearing and watching everything transpiring, and that nothing on earth is more important to you than innocent life; for those still murdering, your judgement is coming soon… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to understand a new normal. There are times when we cross a line of a milestone, and suddenly realize that everything has changed, and a new way will be established. Help us to remain in the truth, and to be prudently resistant the popular uprisings, knowing that your judgement is at hand, and you will protect us… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to be ready to have meaningful conversations. God is moving, like never before in our lives, and when non-believers engage in civil conversation with us, it is important to have clarity in matters causing unrest. Help us to represent you well, to have clarity on life and salvation, and to use a kindly focused tongue to share… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Tuesday and more time to avoid the darkness. The darkness and the light are very real places, all of us came from the darkness, and are constantly pursued by the darkness. Help us to choose to stay in the light, to deny the temptations of our flesh, and to submerge ourselves in activities and relationships that accentuate the light of Jesus… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Wednesday and more time to accept invitations to socialize. We are sometimes tempted to keep to ourselves, to simply get through our days, but when we are invited to socialize with others, we have opportunities to plant seeds that we otherwise would not have. Help us to say yes, and to socialize with folks, leaving impressions that are positive, glorifying God… In Jesus’ name…
Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Friday-eve and more time to know that you are with us. Sometimes, when we are traveling down the paths of our lives, moving in directions you have led us, it can seem like we’re all alone. Help us to have confidence, through faith, that you are with us, that we’re on a path directed by you, knowing that you’ve got this… In Jesus’ name…
