Help us know when to go deeper, addressing hidden spaces that need attention, while also knowing when we’ve gone deep enough, leaving perfection to You, always seeking to glorify You… In Jesus’ name…

Its been said that bodies in motion stay in motion, and bodies that never leave a chair become the chair. Help us to always seek your guidance and next steps, because there are always next steps and things to accomplish for your perfect plan, and in doing so keeps our bodies in motion… In Jesus’ name…

Getting to know people and understanding their motivations in life is something that happens over time in trusted relationships. Help us to open our scope with others freely, accepting and extending invitations, and welcoming new relationships across generations, all within a pace that is fertile, and with seeds that glorify God… In Jesus’ name…

Walking down the halls of our lives enables us to encounter many doors, some of which wide open, some deadbolted shut, and others requiring a key that we need to find. Help us to view new encounters as potential projects, always being keenly aware of boundaries, always glorifying God… In Jesus’ name…

We all suffer anxiety, some of which helpfully motivating, some of which beyond our control, and usually originating from demonic pedigree. Help us examine our anxiety deeply, sifting what we can control from what we can’t, taking actions to solve the controllable, deploying prayer for what we can’t influence… In Jesus’ name…

Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Sunday and more time to ask for Your wisdom in these politically charged times. Our reputations are extremely important, and when we have access to do good work based on our track record and reputation, we should be protective of the reputations that move us forward. Help us to come to You for wisdom in our decisions that may be polarizing… In Jesus’ name…

When chaos seems to be in play, it is wise to take the time to understand root causes and the potential motivations of those participating. Help us remember that You are never involved in chaos, and perfect truth only comes from You and our relationship to our Lord and Savior… In Jesus’ name…

Listening to others, without interruption, allows us to fully understand where someone is coming from, and exactly what their point may be. Help us to listen intently to others, resisting the urge to interrupt or inject, thus allowing for complete and comprehensive thoughts to control our tongues… In Jesus’ name…

When we’ve been wronged, whether in our own minds or in reality, it is important to avoid making important decisions until we’ve cooled our jets. Help us to avoid words we may regret, and to seek counsel of those we trust, avoiding actions in anger, always leaning on Your Proverbs… In Jesus’ name…

Misunderstandings are rarely a one-way street, and understanding our own contribution, even if minor, is important for relationships to heal. Help us bring our disputes to You, and to ask for Your wisdom prior to moving down paths of potential resolutions, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us in fairness… In Jesus’ name…

When we encounter frustrating situations, our flesh is sometimes activated to produce harsh words, and a desire for retribution. Help us activate our faith in You when our desire for revenge has been activated by frustrating people and situations, knowing that you see all, including our reactions, and nothing ultimately escapes your perfect judgement… In Jesus’ name…

Sometimes we think a little higher of ourselves than warranted, and when that occurs, we may enter a trial that is intended to help us see our blind spots. Help us have a mindset of continuous improvement, and to always be open to positive changes in our personalities, looking first to God for wisdom… In Jesus’ name…

We all have blind spots, and no matter how much we feel we are correct, there are still times when we’re not. Help us to settle disputes with calmness and open ears for truth, resisting the urge to control the conversation, and opening our minds to patterns we may not see clearly… In Jesus’ name...

Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name I pray for my friends in fellowship. Thank you for this Monday and more time to favor honesty over political correctness. There are certain truths that great efforts try to hide, but willful ignorance of these truths will certainly cause an eternity in hell. Help us to use our words wisely, to allow the Holy Spirit to use us in reminding those in deficit, ignoring political correctness, and favoring God’s abundant truth… In Jesus’ name…

When we believe that harm has occurred from others without intent, we should focus on resolving the issues together, instead of allowing division to settle-in. Help us focus more on solving rather than complaining, moving forward with others in tandem, fixing what may be broken, always seeking to glorify God… In Jesus’ name…

We are designed to learn from the past, avoiding patterns for the future that have resulted in painful situations in our history. Being right is not all important, but unreconciled differences do need to be addressed before we can move-on with peace in our hearts. There are times when our pride obscures our visibility of our own actions or inactions, but we usually have some culpability in negative outcomes with others. God has gifted us generously, and utilizing our gifts for the benefit of others is an opportunity to showcase God’s grace, forgiveness, and love. When we’ve reached certain levels of competence, we will be handed problems that need to be solved in order to move people and ideas forward.
